ANYTHING FOR YOU

Little did I know what love is,

But you made me realise how unconditional it is.

Listening to my silences and reading my eyes,

You never need me to express anything twice.

Bearing up with a reserved person like me,

And making me even speak my heart out.

I know; only you possess this amazing talent,

To make my everyday feel like a lifetime event.

After betrayal from many; not just one,

I thought I woudn't be able to trust anyone.

But you could always prove me wrong,

And yet make me happy all along.

There has been nothing I had to hide from you,

'Cos there is nothing; impossible to find for you.

You know exactly how to handle different moods of mine,

Be it insane behaviour or mood swings from time to time.

You have and will always do everything for me,

Yet never let me know; what it costs to you.

Words are not enough for expressing how much I owe to you,

But MOM; I just wish to do Anything For You.
